Can I cancel my Paysquad?

You can cancel your Paysquad while it’s open and the order hasn’t completed.

  1. Open your Paysquad and sign in as the squad leader.
  2. Open the three-dot menu and select Cancel this Paysquad.
  3. Read the explanation of what cancellation means for your order and payments before confirming.

What happens to everyone’s contributions?

Cancelling stops the order going ahead. After you cancel, the card holds for your squad’s contributions are released. Each person’s bank may take a few business days to show the change.
