When do I pay for my tickets?

Your payment goes through when you successfully claim your tickets. You don’t need to wait for everyone else to claim theirs.

If your payment status is unclear, reload your Paysquad page before trying to pay again. Reply to an email from Paysquad if you need help.

What if other people don’t claim their tickets in time?

Tickets you successfully claimed and paid for remain purchased when the Paysquad closes. Your tickets don’t depend on everyone else claiming theirs.
