When do I pay and when is the order confirmed?

We put a hold on your card when you chip in. When the Paysquad reaches its total, we collect everyone’s payments and send the order to the merchant.

A card hold is an amount your bank sets aside before the payment goes through.

When is the order confirmed?

The order is confirmed when the full total is covered and everyone’s payments have gone through. The merchant then handles the order and delivery.

Once the total is reached, the order is complete.

Check your Paysquad page for your payment and order status. If a payment’s status is unclear, reload the page before trying to pay again. Reply to an email from Paysquad if you need help.
