What happens if my tickets are refunded?

Once your refund has been processed, the refunded amount goes back to the card you used. It doesn’t go to the squad leader.
If you paid for someone else’s ticket, a refund for that ticket comes back to your payment too.
A refund may cover all or some of your tickets. Check your refund confirmation for the amount being returned and ask the ticketing platform about the tickets and fees included.
Your bank may take a few business days to show the money on your card. If you need help with a Paysquad refund confirmation, reply to that email.
