What happens to my payment if my tickets are cancelled?

Once anyone has paid for their tickets, the squad leader can’t cancel the Paysquad. Your tickets stay purchased.

The event organiser or ticketing platform may still cancel and refund the booking later. If that happens, your refund goes back to the card you used. Your refund confirmation tells you how much is being returned, and your bank may take a few business days to show it.
