Can I cancel a ticketing Paysquad with Leader Cover?

You can cancel through your Paysquad before anyone else has paid for tickets.

  1. Open your Paysquad and sign in as the squad leader.
  2. Open the three-dot menu and select Cancel this Paysquad.
  3. Read the cancellation message before confirming.

Any order fees shown in the cancellation message are still charged to your card. The rest of the hold is released.

If someone else has already paid for tickets, you can’t cancel through that screen. Reply to an email from Paysquad and we’ll help you with the next step.
